FOUND vs EXPECTED

Luck compares blocks found against what the pool's share of network hashrate statistically predicts. Luck is variance, not skill; over long windows it converges to 100%. It's shown so you can judge short-term payout swings honestly.

Tip A worker that drops off here is the first thing to check. Health is derived from share cadence: if a machine stops submitting for its expected interval it flips to idle, then offline.

FreezeMaking an address the payout target starts a 48-hour freeze before it takes effect, and requires step-up verification (TOTP or password). This protects your earnings if your session is ever compromised.

SOQ walletQuantum-safe · keys never leave your browser

Generate an ML-DSA-44 (Dilithium) address for SOQ payouts. Your 24-word seed phrase is created in this browser and is never sent anywhere; only the public address is saved to your account. The same 24 words restore this exact wallet in the SoquShield mobile app, so you can watch your rewards on your phone.

Watcher links

Read-only dashboard links for a payout address: share one with a rig host or teammate so they can watch activity without your account. Maximum 10.

Mining identity
Your rigs authenticate as miner_name.rig at stratum+tcp://stratum.soqupool.com:3333. Changing it means updating every rig.
Stratum worker password
When set, rigs must supply it in the miner password field — your miner name stops being a bearer credential.
Security
Two-factor authentication
TOTP is required for sensitive changes once enrolled.
Identity verification
One identity, one account. Required for production mining.

Delete account

Requests permanent deletion of your account. A confirmation link is emailed to your address on file and stays valid for 7 days; nothing is deleted until you click it. Any unpaid balance below the payout minimum is forfeited. Records we must keep for legal compliance are retained as described in the Privacy Policy.

LTC and DOGE estimates use live difficulty and market prices. SOQ uses the consensus emission schedule (100,000 SOQ launch reward, halving every 250,000 blocks) and has no market price until mainnet, so values are speculative. Pool fee (1.50% founding rate) deducted. Actual earnings vary with block luck.

Connect

Point any Scrypt ASIC at SOQUPOOL. Antminer L7, L9, Goldshell LT6: if it mines LTC, it works here.

Miner name · worker name Your rigs sign in as miner_name.worker — the miner name comes from Settings and is the same for every machine; the worker name (after the dot) is per machine (L701, rack_a). Workers auto-register in your dashboard on their first share.
Password is ignored unless you set a stratum worker password in Settings; x is the convention. If you set one, EVERY machine must send it or its connection is refused.
Difficulty is automatic (vardiff, targeting ~1 share / 10s). To skip convergence on a big ASIC, hint your starting difficulty with d=N in the password field (e.g. d=250000,x — comma-separate it from a stratum password if you set one); mining.suggest_difficulty works too. Hints set the starting point and are clamped to pool bounds; vardiff refines from there.
Failover Enter each regional hostname as a separate Pool 2 / Pool 3 slot on the machine. Note that most stock firmware fails over on a dropped connection but returns to Pool 1 slowly (or only after a reboot) — check your firmware's failback behavior, and check the Workers page after any pool maintenance.
Ports One endpoint per region, TCP port 3333. TLS stratum is not offered yet. Payout addresses (LTC, SOQ, DOGE) are managed in Settings.

Tip If your machine shows offline on the Workers page while this page reads Operational with no active events, the problem is almost certainly machine-side or on your network path — check the miner's UI and its failover pool log before assuming a pool outage.
